Young Living has a whole line of ‘food flavoring’ essential oils. What is a food flavoring essential oil? I’m so glad you asked. In Young Living, it is the exact same pure, seed-seal, essential you know and love… just re-bottled to adhere to the labeling restrictions set out but by Health Canada.

These are the oils that are approved in Canada to be labeled as food flavoring:

  • Black Pepper+
  • Lemon+
  • Lime+
  • Orange+
  • Oregano+
  • Spearmint+

Recipes using PLUS line Essential Oils

Orange Raspberry Pancakes

 

Pancakes are a Sunday morning tradition in our house. We love playing with the delicious classic recipe by adding chocolate chips, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, coconut, and now the magic of Essential Oils! 

I love these Orange pancakes, but you can also use Lemon if that’s what your taste-buds are ready for! 

I only use Young Living Essential Oils because I know they are 100% pure oil. Many brands out there are not good safe, or safe in general because the use filler oils and chemicals in their oils. To get your young living oils please message me!

 

 1 3/4 Cup All-purpose flour

1 Tbsp Baking powder

3 Tbsps Sugar

1/4 tsp Salt

2 Large eggs

2 – 3 drops Orange+ Essential Oil

2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

2/3 Cup Ricotta cheese or plain Greek yogurt

2/3 Cup whole milk

1 tsp Vanilla extract

3/4 Cup raspberries

 

 Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl. All wet ingredients in a separate bowl (mix well).

Then combine the wet ingredients with the dry but do not over mix (batter should be slightly lumpy). Fold in raspberries.

 Top pancakes with butter, syrup, and fresh raspberries tossed in a small amount of confectioners sugar!

 4 tsp honey

1/4 C Vinegar

1/2 C EV Olive Oil

1 drop YL Basil EO

1 drop YL Oregano EO

1 drop YL Rosemary EO

2-3 crushed garlic cloves
